We are excited to announce our range of online yoga classes.
these classes are ideal for individuals or groups that have limited time or erratic work schedules, but who still want to practice yoga.
We have a few options to choose from, you could either enjoy one of our free classes (these classes are shorter and may include a short vinyasa or flow sequence) or if you're looking for something a bit more "full time" you can sign up for our monthly subscription classes. Your subscription will include the entire library of classes as well as 4 new classes uploaded every month.
Alternatively you can purchase our 4 class bundle as a once off. As an added benefit you will be able to download these classes to view offline when ever you feel the need for a class.

If at any point during the class you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture.
